VIDEO: Christian Eriksen names Harry Kane and three other ex-Tottenham team-mates in dream five-a-side team

Former Manchester United midfielder Christian Eriksen has named ex-Tottenham team-mate Harry Kane in his dream five-a-side team. The Dane left Old Trafford following the expiration of his contract this summer before joining Wolfsburg on a free transfer. Now, he has revealed some ex-Spurs stars would make up all of his ideal smaller team.

    The Denmark international spent seven years at Tottenham between 2013-20 and played alongside some top talent. Despite also lining up for Ajax, Inter Milan, and United, the 33-year-old picked some Spurs alumni in his top five-a-side team, including himself.

  • Eriksen reveals his dream five-a-side team

    Eriksen selected former Belgian and Spurs star Mousa Dembele in midfield, Bayern Munich talisman Kane, and ex-Tottenham stars Hugo Lloris and Jan Vertonghen in goal and in defence, respectively.

    He told GOAL Global: "I would go Mousa Dembele, Harry Kane, I'm included. Then we need a goalkeeper… I'll go with Hugo Lloris. And then I would go with a defender, Jan Vertonghen."

    Eriksen begins new chapter in his career

    The former Brentford man may have had an anxious summer after not finding a new team until September 10 when Wolfsburg picked him up on a two-year deal. He will hope he still has some good years left ahead of him with the Bundesliga outfit.
